Brittany Martin Named to GrowthCap’s List of Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing

Brittany Martin is the Director of Sourcing & Operations on Graham’s Growth Equity team, with a focus on sourcing new investment opportunities and working closely with companies to create lasting value. Graham Partners Growth makes strategic minority and micro-cap investments in businesses spurring innovation in advanced manufacturing and technology-enabled services and software.

Brittany joined Graham Partners in 2014 and helped launch the Firm’s inaugural Growth Equity investment strategy in 2021, after holding roles on both the Investor Relations team as well as the Operations Team. Her experience both as an investment professional and operational specialist spans from sourcing and diligence, to building and supporting commercially robust organizations post-investment, with a specific passion for go-to-market strategy and digital marketing transformation. Brittany also oversees the Firm’s internal marketing and social media strategy.
