Infiltrator Systems, Inc., a portfolio company of Graham Partners, has acquired Ring Industrial Group, L.P., the manufacturer of EZflow™ expanded polystyrene drainfield systems. Graham Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on investing in mid-sized manufacturing companies, initially acquired Infiltrator in September 2005. The addition of the EZflow™ product line is part of Infiltrator’s strategy of offering innovative and high quality wastewater management products. Infiltrator offers a broad family of products that save septic installation professionals time and money.
