Graham Partners Soars with Latest Add-on

The Atlas Group (“Atlas”), a Graham Partners portfolio company that manufactures highly-engineered aerospace assemblies for leading OEMs, has acquired Brenner Aerostructures, LLC (“Brenner” or the “Company”). Brenner specializes in state-of-the-art metal bonding, phosphoric acid anodizing and stretch-forming for the aerospace industry. Brenner’s core competencies are welcome additions to Atlas’s expanding innovative suite of aerospace manufacturing technologies. Through the Brenner acquisition, Atlas anticipates that it will win new business, in-source production for certain processes that have historically been outsourced, and streamline the production of complex assemblies.

During Graham’s ownership, Atlas has diversified its business and grown rapidly, now serving a broad range of end markets, customers, and aircraft platforms, which span the commercial, business, and defense aircraft sectors.
