Professional Bio:
Carla supports legal matters, regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management across the firm, its portfolio companies, and its managed funds, affiliates, and other related entities. Additionally, Carla is actively involved in investor relations, assisting with fund formation, capital raising, and investor engagement.
Prior to joining Graham, Carla was a litigator at Dechert LLP, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and investigations. Before her practice at Dechert, Carla was a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Education:
Carla earned her B.A. in International Relations and minor in Legal Studies from the University of Rochester, and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she graduated with High Honors and Order of the Coif.
Personal:
A native of Bucks County, PA, Carla enjoys spending time with family, reading, and baking in her free time.
