Gary Schachter*

Professional Bio:

Gary has over 35 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. His specialties include food manufacturing, marketing, sales, and business development across a wide range of products in the retail, industrial, and food service channels. His core competencies are general management for branded, private label, and custom manufacturing. Gary most recently served on the Advisory Council for former Graham Partners portfolio company, Giraffe.

Currently, Gary is the CEO of Pinnacle Peak Consulting Corporation, a management consultancy focused on strategic planning, marketing, sales, operational performance, and organizational design principally for the food and beverage industry. Most recently Gary served as the Vice President / General Manager of TreeHouse Foods. Gary has held management positions at Nestle, Kraft and Unilever as well.

Gary earned his B.S. in Business from Arizona State University.
