Howard Zwick

Professional Bio:

With 30 years of experience in his field, Howard brings extensive expertise in employee health and safety to Graham Partners’ portfolio companies. His expertise includes manufacturing operations, health and safety management, risk mitigation, quality and business process improvement, project management, and strategic planning and analysis.

Howard has held several leadership roles including VP of Manufacturing and Engineering with Fraser Optics; Director of Global Production Planning and Capacity Management with Edmund Optics; and Director of Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Real Estate with Kulicke and Soffa Industries. Earlier in his career, Howard worked in manufacturing operations and quality management positions at Johnson Controls, Inc. (Battery Division) and Tenneco Automotive. He currently is a consultant with Z Operations Solutions.

Howard received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. He also received his M.B.A. from the University of Delaware. He is a CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and is currently the Treasurer of ASQ’s South Jersey Chapter.
