Mike is passionate about all things food. He is an innovator and strategist with over 15 years of experience driving growth and transforming businesses, with an emphasis on sales, marketing, commercialization, and operations. His expertise across the food industry spans business development, customer relationships and insights, product development and innovation, brand strategy, clean-label marketing, new product launches, and go-to-market strategies.

Previously, Mike served as SVP of Global Business Development for Solina. He also spent seven years with Giraffe Foods, where he ultimately served as President and General Manager, and was responsible for commercial growth and excellence, operations, and R&D.
