Ross Young

Professional Bio:

Ross is an operations executive with over 35 years of experience. Most recently, Ross spent four years as Chief Executive Officer of Movilitas (now Engineering Industries eXcellence, a division of the Engineering Group), an SAP Consulting and Software as a Service (Saas) business utilized by clients across global supply chains. Ross currently runs his own M&A consulting business, Emblem, and serves on the Advisory Council for Graham Partners portfolio company, Barcoding.

Previously, Ross spent 12 years as CEO of Peak Technologies, Inc., a supplier of digital supply chain, factory automation, and retail solutions. During his tenure at Peak, Ross led the company under two private equity sponsors. Prior to Peak, Ross spent over four years as an Operations Executive for Platinum Equity, a global private equity firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and operations across various industries. He also spent 16 years with Racal Datacom, based in the U.K., where he held various roles including Director and General Manager of EMEA.

Ross earned his bachelor’s degree in Physics from University of Hull, where he was also a member of the university’s rugby team.
