Scott Schwalbe

Professional Bio:

Scott is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience building teams in the IoT, Contract Manufacturing, and Advanced Materials industries. Scott is currently the CEO of Rochester Precision Machine. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Graham Partners portfolio company, OptConnect.

Previously, Scott served as CEO of Nimbelink, a leading IoT company, which he founded. Scott has a history of building organizations that drive profitable growth with deep knowledge in setting go-to-market strategies and developing sales processes and teams. Scott has held senior roles in operations, business development, and sales in both public and privately held businesses.

Scott sits on various non-profit boards and earned his M.B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University. Scott also served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologist and a leader in recruiting.
